Identically adopts ISO 10264:1990, which specifies the performance requirements and the location for a key-locked starting system or other equivalent means of obviating unauthorized starting of earth-moving machinery. Applies to all types of earth-moving machinery as defined in ISO 6165. Not intended to provide protection to the authorized machine operator, nor to protect the machine against abuse, destructive vandalism, or theft.
