This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of the lower Hassayampa sub-basin hydrologic study. Sustainability and the modeling tool are presented. Project results include the following: regulatory approval for this level of development will require recharge of approximately 50% of total g-w withdrawals; Town of Buckeye staff and Town Council reactions: "we need to keep the map green"; effluent recharge/reuse will be required - period. (Ordinance); careful scrutiny of development agreements; and, additional 50,000 acre-feet of water for development not yet approved by the state. The Town of Buckeye's integrated Water Resources Master Plan is presented. Includes figure.
