This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of Engineers Without Borders - USA (EWB-USA), the venue for a financially viable way for unconventional collaboration in international development. The EWB employee program is presented, along with key program elements that include: logistical support (Get to the community); volunteer network; knowledge sharing capability; chain-of-command; run by EWB volunteers for EWB volunteers; and, Student Chapter support. Key issues are presented, along with a description of the CDM-EWB program, the grant program component, 2008 grant progress, program keys to success, and summary of benefits.
