This powerpoint presentation presents an effort by New Jersey American Water to implement a workforce management system that addressed both regulatory and business critical immediate and future needs. Application selection, connectivity, and selecting equipment are covered, along with American Water's selections that included: Indus/MDSI Advantex Workforce Management Solution; Real Time/Wireless - 1XRTT/CDMA, EVDO, GSM/GPRS, EDGE and Satellite, all were selected to help significantly enhance the existing, 24/7 service provided to customers; Panasonic Toughbook CF-29; and, Panasonic dock was selected for vehicle mounting. Service improvements and benefits are provided, along with unanticipated issues, performance reporting, sample reports of the enterprise, regional, and state levels, and keys to successful implementation.
