Conclusions: major blowouts on Trebisky have been avoided; PCCP can be proactively managed; RFEC works; cost effective to strategically replace failing sec's; further Awwa-RF study of PCCP should be supported; PCCP still a good product, will continue to be spec'd; and, "Smart" pipe is coming.
