This powerpoint presentation begins by providing the goals of valuation analysis: asset stewardship; financial planning; and, strategic planning. The valuation methodology uses a modified asset approach that uses total replacement cost plus overhead (design, management, etc.), less depreciation (percent of used life (age and condition)), multiplied by total replacement cost - equals: replacement cost new less depreciation (RCNLD).
