Specifies the details of construction and minimum requirements for the manufacture of seven qualities of tape in widths from 13 mm to 50 mm. Also specifies loomstate particulars including width, ends in width, picks per centimetre, mass per 100 mm and breaking load. Appendices give methods of test.
