Designed to evaluate the organization or service outcomes against those required by NZS 8134 Health and Disability Sector Standards. Sets out the sector solution examples and additional information that will enable an organization to demonstrate compliance to the Health and Disability Sector Standards by meeting the special and unique needs of people with dementia. As an interim measure this voluntary document will be known as a Proposed Audit Workbook and Guidance.
