Revisiting the 1,000 ppm CO2 Limit

The recommendation regarding the CO2limit in ASHRAE Standard 62 has changed over the years. However, manypractitioners concerned about air quality have mistakenly continued to refer tothe 1,000 ppm CO2 absolute limit of Standard 62-1989 as an indicatorof acceptable indoor air quality. What limit is appropriate?
