TIA TIA-102.BAKA-A-1

This addendum supplements the existing KMF-to-KMF Interface standard TIA-102.BAKA-A by defining a TLS 1.3 crypto suite as an optional security solution applicable to the real-time transport mode.

The published TIA-102.BAKA-A standard currently specifies a TLS 1.2 crypto suite as the only optional security method used for transport protection of the real-time mode. This addendum defines a second optional security solution (TLS 1.3) that provides a higher security solution than TLS 1.2.
