These technical requirements form a standard for signaling conformance in cdma2000 wireless packet data systems. These requirements ensure that a compliant mobile station and compliant network elements (PDSN, HA and RADIUS Server) can interoperate to execute tests in meeting the objectives stated in 1.1. Furthermore, network specific test requirements ensure compliant network elements for various error cases.

Purpose

This document is designed to facilitate the interoperability testing between mobile stations and infrastructure supporting [2], as well as provide network specific test cases. Definitions, recommended methods of measurement, and minimum standards are provided.
