This standard has been produced jointly by members of the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) subcommittee TR45.1

This standard describes the mechanical and vehicle interface specification of cellular phones into the vehicle. The contents of this standard are subject to continuing work within TR45.1 and may change following formal TIA approval. Should the contents be modified, this document will be resubmitted at the next higher revision number with the changes identified
