1.1This specification covers counter-top model noncarbonated beverage dispensers that are mechanically refrigerated and have rigid, transparent, impact-resistant containers to afford a visual display of the beverage dispensed. The beverage dispensers covered by this specification are intended to circulate, cool, and dispense noncarbonated beverages such as pulpy juices, frozen concentrates, and syrup drinks.

1.2The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as standard. The values given in parentheses are mathematical conversions to SI units that are provided for information only and are not considered standard.
