The purpose of this document is to provide telecommunications carriers with guidelines for test lines and assignment of test line numbers. The test lines and test line numbers as listed are in accordance with ANSI Standard T1-207 Line side calling tests are identified for verifying a service provider, testing through an access tandem, testing to a toll-free NPA, and testing to a new NPA/NXX.
