The purpose of this document is to provide the appropriate guidance to facilitate the sharing of information. It identifies the type of information which may be shared, the circumstances under which it should be shared, the extent to which sharing is appropriate, and the mechanisms and timing for that sharing. Information sharing involved the service provider, the service customer and vendor/manufacturers.
