This new edition is a periodic re-issuance to ensure that UL Standards remain up-to-date with regard to format and editorial issues such as renumbering, repaginating, correction of editorial errors, correction of cross-references and updating titles of referenced Standards.

In addition, this new edition includes revisions in accordance with the UL bulletins on this subject dated March 5, 2003 and July 7, 2003.
